04) Removing old calendar feeds from your Google Calendar view
This tutorial outlines various strategies for decluttering the view of your Google Calendar Application.
Goal
After completing this tutorial you will have a better sense of how to curate calendar feeds. If you are a returning teacher or student to CA, you may have course feeds from a previous semester. To identify the old course feed, look for the year code in the name of the calendar:
Steps
First Step - View Toggle
Clicking the name of a feed (in the side feed list) will toggle the view of the feed in Google Calendar.
Second Step - Hide in List
In the Settings panel for Google Calendar, you can hide the feed from your View List, without losing the feed.
Third Step - Unsubscribe from Feed
In the Settings panel for Google Calendar, you can unsubscribe from the feed. USE WITH CAUTION. Once you have unsubscribed from a feed, you may not be able to get it back.
