Event Submission Form and Process

Here you will find instructions on the procedure for getting events added to the CA Community Events Internal Calendar. 

Does your event need to be on this calendar? If you say "yes" to any of the following, then it is an event.

  • Includes outside guests (including a formal gathering of parents, trustees, etc.)
  • Involves a room setup (either through Operations or includes rentals)
  • Involves food and beverage
  • Requires changing the door lock schedule
